About the Position: Visions Federal Credit Union is looking for Temporary Member Service Representatives to join our branch team in Elmira, NY. In this frontline role, you’ll help create a positive member experience by assisting with everyday transactions, providing friendly and professional service, and supporting members with accuracy, care, and attention to detail. Position Type: Temporary, full-time, 40 hours per week. Regular shifts include Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with rotating Saturday shifts from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Compensation: $17.30 per hour Location: On-site at our Elmira Branch located at 303 N Main Street , Elmira, NY. Coverage in our Horseheads, NY and Watkins Glen Branches as needed. At this time, Visions Federal Credit Union will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization or offer any immigration-related support for this position. What You’ll Do: * Deliver friendly, professional service while assisting members with routine transactions and account-related needs. * Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and following established procedures. * Create a welcoming, member-centered experience that reflects Visions’ commitment to service. * Communicate clearly, answer questions, and help connect members with appropriate resources or support. * Maintain attention to detail while balancing service, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced branch environment. What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous teller, cash handling, customer service, or member service

experience is a plus.

• Comfort using Microsoft Office programs and standard office equipment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and service skills.
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing

priorities.

• Attention to detail and the ability to perform basic math functions.
• Commitment to following credit union policies, procedures, and applicable

state and federal requirements.
