Retail Scan Associate

Job Overview We are hiring a permanent, part‑time Retail Scan Associate to visit selected stores each week and scan every product barcode on displays and in aisle locations, including end caps. The data collected is analysed to improve product and retailer sales performance. Key Responsibilities Perform in‑store data collection at assigned retailers for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks. Use a downloadable mobile app to scan barcodes throughout each store. Complete display scanning each week, which may take several hours, and report scans to the client within the required deadline. Complete custom projects (additional work on specific products) that add 30 minutes to 2 hours per week for some stores. Provide quantity information for approximately 45% of the products scanned. Maintain high accuracy, dependability, and adherence to weekly deadlines. Work Schedule and Locations Store type: Grocery Store. Location: Sanibel, FL 33957. Available workdays: Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. Base hours average 3.5 per week, with 1–2 additional hours per store for special projects. Full scheduling details are reviewed during the interview. Qualifications At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage. Ability to stand on your feet for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Reach up to 6 feet in height and perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs. Attention to detail and independence in work. Deadline‑driven self‑starter. Reliable Wi‑Fi access and tech proficiency. High school diploma or GED preferred.
