We have an opportunity for a Market Cafe Attendant to join our team at the Sanibel Island Beach Resort! A beloved boutique hotel on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel Island Beach Resort wraps guests in a warm embrace of Old Florida Charm. Our Market Cafe Attendant ensures a memorable guest experience by preparing and serving beverages and snacks and by stocking and maintaining our coffee bar. This position pays an hourly rate plus tips. Full-time, part-time or seasonal opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and take food & beverage orders
• Prepare/serve beverages and food in accordance with established service standards
• Complete cash, credit and room charge transactions, and maintain an accurate bank at all times
• Set-up, stock and break-down coffee bar
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee bar area

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. 
• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
