• Licenses/Certifications: Medical license, Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine, Valid DEA license, Healthcare provider credentials as required
• Experience Needed: Proven experience in Internal Medicine, GI procedures preferred

What You ll Do

• Perform GI procedures in the Endoscopy Suite on scheduled days
• Evaluate and manage outpatient GI patients
• Conduct hospital rounds on consult patients
• Respond to night call and emergent hospital cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic medical records
• Follow facility protocols and quality standards

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Virginia or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Experience with GI procedures preferred (e.g., endoscopy, colonoscopy)
• Ability to perform hospital rounding and on-call duties
• Strong clinical and procedural skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
