Job Details:

• Inpatient locum tenens coverage needed for the following dates:

• November 13 at 0800 November 16 at 0800

• December 4 at 0800 December 7 at 0800

• December 24 at 0800 January 1 at 0800

• March 22 at 0800 March 29 at 0800

• May 12 at 0800 May 19 at 0800

• May 27 at 0800 June 2 at 0800

• June 8 at 0800 June 15 at 0800

• Ongoing availability past July 2027 is welcomed

• Hours are 8:00 AM 5:00 PM with nightly call coverage from 5:00 PM 8:00 AM including weekends (no 24-hour call shifts)

• Patient encounters per shift:

• Board certification required; minimum board certification eligible accepted

• ACLS and BLS certifications required; life support certifications for sedation privileges must be through the American Heart Association

• Trauma Level 2 facility

• Provider must be in agreement with requesting privileges to perform procedures on pediatric patients aged 13 years and older and over 65 kg

• Required specialty skills include:

• Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, and injection of varices

• ERCP (diagnostic and therapeutic)

• Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG)

• Esophageal dilatation/manometry and esophageal manometry interpretation

• Small bowel biopsy

• Lower GI endoscopy and colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp excision

• Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) preferred

• Sigmoidoscopy (flexible and rigid) preferred

• Nearest airport: Central Wisconsin Airport
