Job Description
Office Clerk We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk (trucking/ transportation) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with customer support inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Utilize computer literacy skills to work with various software programs, including Google Suite
- Provide general administrative support to staff
Skills:
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite
- Experience in customer support or related field
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
