Customer Experience & Membership Growth Advisor

El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet customers, explain the Unlimited Membership program, and convert interactions into loyalty. You will drive sign-ups, resolve concerns, and maintain a clean, welcoming site environment while capturing customer feedback for the team. This frontline role requires energy, reliability, and strong communication, with bilingual English/Spanish as a strong plus.
