A reputable manufacturing company in Greensboro is seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist to support AR and credit operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong collections experience in a B2B/manufacturing setting who thrives on improving cash flow and building professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage B2B collections for manufacturing customers, including high-volume and aging accounts
• Evaluate credit risk, assist with credit approvals, and set appropriate credit limits
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances
• Resolve billing discrepancies, short pays, and deduction issues
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding payment status
• Partner with sales, accounting, and operations to address account concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation and notes within the AR system
• Support month-end AR reporting as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of credit and collections experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
• Strong understanding of B2B collections and credit practices
• Experience working with ERP systems (manufacturing ERPs a plus)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
