Anytime Fitness Hickory Hills is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic fitness professional to help lead, develop, and grow our Small Group Training Program!

We’re seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong people skills, and a genuine passion for helping others become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
This is more than just a personal training position! It’s an opportunity to take a leadership role in building an exciting fitness program at our newly opened, state-of-the-art fitness club.

What You’ll Do
• Lead fun, engaging, and results-driven small group training sessions
• Design motivating workouts incorporating strength training, functional fitness, HIIT, and circuit training
• Help develop, promote, and expand our Small Group Training Program
• Motivate members of all fitness levels and help them achieve measurable results
• Build strong relationships with members and encourage participation in training programs
• Assist with promoting small group training and personal training services
• Conduct individual personal training sessions as needed
• Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and positive energy to every workout
• Collaborate with club leadership to grow our fitness community

Qualifications
• Personal training or group fitness experience preferred
• Experience with strength training, HIIT, circuit training, or functional fitness is a plus
• Personal training certification preferred; candidates actively working toward certification are encouraged to apply
• CPR/AED certification required before independently leading sessions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fitness, coaching, and helping people achieve their goals

Schedule
• Part-time position averaging 30+ hours per week
• Combination of coaching, program development, and member engagement
