Position Overview Are you a driven, competitive, and goal-oriented professional looking to build a long-term career with unlimited earning potential? Learn directly from a successful Agent Mentor while gaining hands-on experience in sales, client relationships, and business development, with a clear path toward leadership and potential agency ownership. What You’ll Do Sell and present customized insurance solutions tailored to client needs Generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting Build strong, long-term relationships with clients Meet and exceed sales and production goals Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship programs Maintain accurate client records and sales activity in CRM systems What We’re Looking For Active Texas Property & Casualty License (required) Ability to obtain Life, Accident & Health license within 45 days Sales experience preferred (insurance is a plus!)
