Litigation Paralegal

Seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to provide substantive and organizational support throughout the full litigation lifecycle, from case inception through trial/resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support complex litigation matters across multiple practice areas.
• Conduct factual, procedural, and legal research and review documents/data.
• Coordinate document collection, review, production, and case files, including eDiscovery.
• Assist with court filings and discovery, including Bluebook cite-checking, fact-checking, proofreading, and preparing exhibits/appendices .
• Support depositions and trials by preparing witness files, exhibits, notices, subpoenas, summaries, and handling logistics.
• Manage multiple projects independently, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high-quality work product.
• Handle administrative and billing requirements, including timely time entry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of litigation or comparable legal experience preferred.
• Strong Bluebook citation and cite-checking experience.
• Proficiency with Relativity or similar eDiscovery platforms .
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
