Responsibilities $43 Qualifications • Experience in managing and organizing case files from intake through verdict, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to collaborate closely with attorneys, contributing to strategy discussions and case planning.
• Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents with precision and compliance.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts.
• Proficiency in using Filevine and Lead Docket for tracking case progress and managing deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
• Experience in preparing trial exhibits and presentations, ensuring materials are organized and accessible.
• Ability to collaborate closely with attorneys, contributing to strategy discussions and case planning.
