Attorney

Otten Johnson Robinson Neff & Ragonetti, P.C. a premier commercial real estate and business law firm, is seeking an attorney with 3 - 5 years of experience in corporate, tax and transactional real estate matters to include partnership and operating agreements, joint venture agreements, asset and equity purchase and sale agreements, private placements, and organizational structuring and tax-related issues. Candidate must have a strong academic record, good judgment, excellent written and oral communication skills, and be committed to providing exceptional client service. Otten Johnson offers excellent benefits and a great work environment.Relocation assistance may be available.The anticipated base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $210,000 annually.The actual starting salary will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, education and overall fit for the role.
