Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney with over three years of experience to join their team in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will manage litigated matters from inception through resolution, gaining valuable courtroom and client management experience. Duties Manage a diverse caseload, including depositions and court appearances. Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive legal documents. Provide timely and strategic counsel to clients. Participate in all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, mediation, and trial preparation. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in an active litigation practice. Active Colorado law license in good standing. Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills. Experience with personal injury, premises liability, construction defects, or bad faith claims preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active Colorado law license. Skills Strong legal research and analytical skills.
