A leading high-precision manufacturing company is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and upkeep of its office and manufacturing facility during a 6-month contract assignment.

Facilities Maintenance Technician Job Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility reliability and efficiency.
• Inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Assemble, move, and install office furniture and equipment as needed

Schedule: Mid shift

• Must be flexible to work different shifts, including weekends.
• Must be available to work within operating hours of 5:00 AM–10:00 PM.

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• 2+ years of facilities, building, or industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
