AWK is seeking an experienced Survey/Right-of-Way Manager to join our Harrisburg, PA office. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional to lead surveying and right-of-way services on a variety of transportation and infrastructure projects across Pennsylvania.
Qualifications :- Current Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
- Demonstrated experience managing land surveying and right-of-way projects.
- Extensive experience with PennDOT projects is required.
- Experience with Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission projects is required.
- Proven experience preparing technical and price proposals for public-sector transportation and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania surveying standards, right-of-way acquisition support, and transportation project delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, client relationship, and project management skills.
- Manage and oversee survey and right-of-way projects from planning through completion.
- Lead survey field and office staff while ensuring quality, accuracy, and schedule compliance.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate survey deliverables, plats, legal descriptions, and right-of-way mapping.
- Develop and prepare technical and cost/price proposals in response to PennDOT, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and other public agency solicitations.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, and public agencies to support successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with PennDOT, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and applicable regulatory standards.
