The President will play a critical role in the growth and success of our business by overseeing sales strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and serving as a champion of company culture. The President will be instrumental in shaping strategic direction, driving revenue performance, and ensuring operational excellence through a strong and unified leadership team.**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:****Sales & Business Growth*** Help lead and develop sales pipeline and backlog growth for design and install division* Lead the development and execution of sales and client acquisition strategies to grow the maintenance division.* Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, and industry professionals.* Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive top-line growth.* Establish KPIs and performance metrics to assess sales success and adjust strategies accordingly.**Leadership & Operations*** Provide strategic direction and mentorship to departmental directors, and key managers.* Facilitate alignment across maintenance and installation services to ensure seamless execution of projects.* Lead quarterly strategic planning and monthly executive team reviews.* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability for designated departments.**Culture & Organizational Development*** Act as the primary culture champion, modeling the company’s core values and reinforcing them across the organization.* Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives through transparent leadership and people-first policies.* Support talent development, leadership training, and succession planning.* Ensure consistent communication and alignment from executive team down through all levels.**QUALIFICATIONS:*** 10+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably within a boutique landscape firm.* Proven success leading and scaling a high-performing sales organization.* Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.* Demonstrated ability to drive results while fostering a strong, collaborative company culture.* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field (MBA a plus).* Experience managing cross-functional operations in a high-growth service business.* Familiarity with CRM platforms, landscape project workflows and business systems (e.g., Aspire) and financial reporting tools.**The Perks*** 401(k) plan with company match* Medical insurance* Dental insurance* Vision insurance* FSA/HSA* PerkSpot* Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance* Paid time Off* Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
