Job Full Description Upfit Assembler | $18/hr | 6AM 1st Shift | St. Charles County, MO
$18/hr on a steady 6AM first shift, with weekly pay from day one. You'll be hands-on inside vans and trucks, installing real components with real tools every day in a fast-paced environment in St. Charles County.

$18/hr on a steady 6AM first shift, with weekly pay from day one. You'll be hands-on inside vans and trucks, installing real components with real tools every day in a fast-paced environment in St. Charles County.
What You Get
- $18.00 per hour , paid weekly
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM start, Monday through Friday

- Temp-to-hire potential with a growing local vehicle upfitter
- Install steel cabinets, shelving, ladder racks, and protective partitions inside commercial vehicles.
- Run basic wiring and connect additional electrical/upfit components.
- Safely operate drills, impact drivers, socket sets, and various hand/power tools daily.
- Inspect finished assembly work for tight tolerances, quality standards, and accuracy before final release.
- Ability to follow written work orders and verbal instructions clearly.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal communication).
- Steel-toed boots required on day one.
- Ability to work independently or collaborate efficiently within a team.
- Physical ability to bend, stretch, kneel inside vehicles, and lift up to 50 lbs as required.
