We're seeking dependable Medical Device Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in O'Fallon, MO. In this role, you'll help assemble precision surgical instruments used in eye procedures, including cataract and LASIK surgeries.

What You'll Do

• Assemble precision medical devices by following detailed work instructions
• Inspect products to ensure they meet strict quality standards
• Use microscopes and magnification equipment to perform detailed inspection work
• Operate small production equipment used for buffing, grinding, and shaping components
• Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
• Package finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and quality-focused work environment
• Follow all manufacturing, safety, and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Comfortable working with small parts and precision assembly
• Manufacturing, assembly, production, or inspection experience preferred
• Experience using microscopes or precision measuring tools is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to producing high-quality work
