About the Role:
OFallon Mufflers Inc is looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our team in OFallon, MO! This is a great opportunity to build your automotive career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your work keeps customers safely on the road.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Check and top off fluids including coolant, brake fluid, power steering, and transmission fluid
- Rotate tires and check tire pressure as part of routine service
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
- Communicate vehicle findings and service recommendations to service advisors
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a lube technician or in an automotive service role preferred
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
