What You'll Do

• Build custom decks and outdoor living spaces to Solid Ground's quality standards.
• Read blueprints and execute projects accurately from start to finish.
• Lead by example while working alongside the crew to maintain a safe, productive jobsite.
• Take pride in your craftsmanship, paying attention to the details that separate a good deck from a great one.

What Success Looks Like

• Projects are completed on schedule.
• Finished work meets Solid Ground's quality standards with minimal punch-list items or callbacks.
• Jobsites remain safe, organized, and professional.
• Homeowners walk away excited about the finished product.
