• Scheduled clinical hours along with on-call duties, requiring a 15-minute response time.
• Manage up to 10 patients per shift, including necessary admissions.
• Provide care in a Level III NICU, addressing complex neonatal conditions.
• Perform essential procedures such as intubation, chest tube insertion, central line placement, and paracentesis.
• Oversee ventilator management, including oscillators and iNO.
• Conduct both inpatient and outpatient rounding.
• Participate in a call rotation with a callback rate of 30-50% via beeper.
• Potential for ongoing coverage opportunities.
