Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license and good standing with the State Bar. 3+ years of employment law experience preferred. Experience with discrimination, harassment, and related claims. Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills. Ability to manage a caseload independently while working in a team.
