The Finance Department is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Administrative Assistant to support daily financial and clerical operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced municipal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, accounts payable documentation, and financial records.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Finance staff.
- Assist with recordkeeping, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Respond to public inquiries regarding billing and general finance questions.
- Maintain department schedules, mail processing, and basic reporting.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer‑service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Administrative or finance‑related experience preferred.
