Leasing & Marketing Specialist

Part-Time · Hybrid/Remote · $28–$35/hr

We're not looking for someone to watch the dashboard. We need someone who reads it, understands it, and then rolls up their sleeves and fixes what's broken — the listing that's underperforming, the ad that's not converting, the social post that isn't landing. Data AND execution, in one person.

What you'll own:

● Track and interpret the full leasing funnel — traffic, tours, conversions

● Manage and optimize ILS platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, RentCafe)

● Keep social and website content sharp, current, and on-brand

● Build and run marketing campaigns based on what the data actually says is working

What you bring:

● Multi-family leasing/marketing experience — this one matters a lot

● A real track record in analytics and reporting, not just execution

● Hands-on marketing chops — you can build the fix, not just point at it

● ILS platform experience is a strong plus
