Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr System Engineer (Managed Services | NYC Onsite + Remote Support) Are you a skilled System Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced Managed Services environment? We’re looking for a motivated and versatile IT professional to provide dedicated onsite and remote support for one of our long-standing enterprise clients in New York City . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical work, client interaction, and problem-solving across a broad range of technologies. You’ll be part of a trusted MSP team supporting a well-established client relationship that spans two decades. What You’ll Do Deliver daily technical support to end users onsite and remotely. Manage Active Directory (user onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and Office 365 sync). Support Office 365 , SharePoint , and OneDrive integrations. Provide basic administration for Azure Virtual Desktops . Set up and maintain Windows desktops, software deployments, and mobile devices. Administer and troubleshoot Cisco VoIP systems (Unity), NVR/DVR camera systems , and user profiles on AS400 . Support custom applications such as Crystal Reports , BarTender , and SQL . Assist with FTP/SFTP connections and inventory data feeds. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of IT support experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or similar client-facing environment. Strong understanding of Windows OS , Active Directory , Office 365 , and Azure environments. Familiarity with Mac OS and iOS support. Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Strong communication and customer service mindset—someone who enjoys helping others succeed.
