Global Head of Platform Technology & Innovation

Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional and forward-thinking leader to join as  Global Head of Platform Technology & Innovation . This is a pivotal, enterprise-wide role responsible for defining and driving the strategy, development, and execution of next-generation technology platforms and innovation initiatives.

The role will lead critical domains including Delivery Platforms, Automation, Generative AI (GenAI), Cloud Strategy, Platform Engineering, and Innovation, with a strong emphasis on building scalable, product-centric capabilities that enable business growth and operational excellence. 

This leader will operate at the intersection of technology, product, and business strategy, shaping the future of our digital and platform ecosystem globally.  Owns the end to end strategy and execution of C&S core platforms that power AI delivery, cloud modernization, engineering productivity, and differentiated client value.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute a global platform technology and innovation strategy aligned with business objectives
• Establish a product-led operating model for platform development and lifecycle management
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on emerging technologies and innovation opportunities

Platform & Product Ownership

• Lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise-wide technology platforms
• Embed product management disciplines (customer-centricity, roadmaps, value realization, adoption metrics) into platform engineering
• Drive platform standardization, reuse, and scalability across regions and business units

Technology & Innovation

• Oversee Automation and GenAI initiatives, ensuring practical, scalable deployment of AI-driven capabilities
• Define and lead cloud strategy, including architecture, migration, and optimization across hyperscalers
• Champion platform engineering practices, including DevOps, SRE, and developer experience

Delivery Platforms

• Own and evolve delivery platforms that support efficient, high-quality service and product delivery
• Drive modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native, platform-based architectures

Innovation Ecosystem

• Build and lead a global innovation framework, including incubation, experimentation, and scaling of new ideas
• Partner with external ecosystems (startups, academia, hyperscalers, partners) to accelerate innovation
• Foster a culture of continuous innovation and experimentation

Leadership & Transformation

• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global team across multiple disciplines
• Drive organizational transformation toward a platform and product mindset
• Manage significant budgets and ensure strong ROI on technology investments

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating in global, federated organizations with multiple regions/BUs
• Experience in technology leadership roles, with global scope
• Proven track record in building and scaling enterprise platforms
• Strong background in product management/product-led organizations (critical requirement)
• Experience leading cloud transformation, automation, and AI/GenAI initiatives
• Demonstrated success in driving innovation at scale within complex enterprises

Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of:

  • Cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Automation and AI/GenAI technologies
  • Modern software engineering practices (DevOps, microservices, APIs)

• Proven ability to lead large, distributed global teams
