Position Clinical Supervisor Office Location Hemet, CA Compensation & Benefits The pay range is $93,170.00 – $104,728.50 annually, depending on experience. Provide individual and group supervision for Mental Health Clinicians in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards and agency policy. Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Compliance Team Members to ensure documentation compliance. Work with other Department supervisors/managers to increase clear communication and mutual support between programs. Monitor and assure adherence of programs to all governing bodies. Monitor care records to assure that required treatment documentation is included and meets agency and professional standards. Monitor and review all agency protocols and practices. Assist Clinicians in developing treatment plans that ensure quality services and are sensitive to cultural issues. Provide crisis intervention as required. Remain on call for clinical emergencies.
