Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative (Remote) *Pay: $19.00/hr*
*Location: 100% Remote*
*Contract Length: 6 Months (Potential for Extension and Permanent Employment)*
About the Opportunity We are hiring *Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives* to support consumers during the healthcare open enrollment season. This is a fully remote opportunity with a rapidly growing healthcare technology organization that helps individuals and families access health insurance coverage.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service experience who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

* Answer inbound customer calls and respond to online chat inquiries
* Assist customers with account creation and password resets
* Guide consumers through document uploads and online processes
* Help customers manage their healthcare marketplace accounts
* Verify eligibility information and review healthcare coverage options
* Research and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Document customer interactions accurately within company systems
* Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
* Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
Required Qualifications
* Fluent in both English and Spanish
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable handling inbound phone calls throughout the day
* Strong computer navigation and data entry skills
* Ability to learn new software systems quickly
* Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
* Ability to work a flexible schedule between *7:45 AM and 10:00 PM* in your local time zone
Preferred Qualifications
* Call center experience
* Healthcare, insurance, or enrollment experience
* Experience supporting customers through phone, chat, or email
* Retail, hospitality, or food service experience in customer-facing environments
