Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, gathering relevant client history to inform treatment processes and establish mental health goals.

• Facilitate dynamic one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing techniques tailored to address a broad spectrum of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Engage in couples and family therapy, facilitating open discussions to resolve conflicts, improve communication, and enhance relationships.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that detail interventions and measurable objectives, regularly reviewing progress with clients.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, equipping clients with immediate support and safety planning during acute emotional distress.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health disorders, effective coping strategies, and available resources to enhance recovery and well-being.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with healthcare regulations, including detailed progress notes and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model guarantees upfront payments that ensure financial security without delays in reimbursement.
