Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand intra-familial dynamics and individual concerns. \n Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address mental health and relationship issues. \n Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of clients, integrating various therapeutic modalities as appropriate. \n Provide guidance for parents and families on how to stabilize home environments and address challenges in school settings. \n Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and progress to contribute to ongoing care and provide expert testimony if required in legal settings. \n Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with evidence-based practices and emerging trends in therapy. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including families dealing with relationship conflicts, adolescents facing mental health issues, and individuals processing grief and loss. Qualifications\n \n A completed master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution. \n A valid, current LMFT license in Pennsylvania, compliant with state regulations regarding examinations and supervised clinical hours. \n A minimum of one year of supervised clinical experience post-graduation, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques. \n Proficiency in various therapy methods, including individual, couples, and family therapy, ensuring a versatile approach to treatment. \n Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, enabling the therapist to accurately evaluate and address diverse mental health challenges. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy is a plus. \n Familiarity with report writing, particularly for legal proceedings, may enhance the contribution to our team. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 90,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
