You will utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique cultural and emotional backgrounds of your clients. By fostering open communication, you will empower clients to openly express their feelings, enhancing their journey toward healing and personal development. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. \n An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist is essential. \n Demonstrable experience providing therapy to individuals and couples across various demographics. \n Strong skills in completing client assessments, therapy notes, and treatment documentation promptly and accurately. \n Excellent writing and communication proficiency, alongside an ability to adapt to electronic health record systems. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Previous experience in a remote counseling environment. \n Familiarity with varying therapeutic modalities and familiarity with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or LGBT clients, is a plus. \n Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare setting. \n Compensation and Benefits\n Your commitment and expertise will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
