Key Responsibilities\n As an LMFT with Well Span Health Network, you will engage in a variety of therapeutic interventions aimed at addressing a wide range of complex family and individual issues. Your daily responsibilities will include: \n \n Conducting counseling sessions with couples, families, and individuals, tailoring approaches based on their unique needs. \n Assessing clients’ mental health, history, and adjust treatment plans accordingly. \n Tackling various issues that families may face, including but not limited to:\n \n Alcohol abuse and its impact on family dynamics. \n Grief and loss, helping clients navigate their emotions. \n Resolving conflicts among family members or siblings. \n Addressing communication difficulties and fostering healthy dialogues. \n Supporting blended families through transitions and adjustments. \n Providing strategies for coping with job stress and medical issues. \n \n Documenting care provided via electronic health records to track progress and outcomes. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your practice will encompass a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and children experiencing mental health challenges. You will specialize in family-focused therapy, working to strengthen relationships and create nurturing environments where clients can thrive. This collaborative approach ensures comprehensive support for all family members involved. Qualifications\n To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications: \n \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field. \n Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Colorado. \n Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client care and therapeutic practices. \n Preferred Experience\n While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your candidacy: \n \n Prior experience working with a range of family issues including divorce, blended families, and complex emotional traumas. \n Proficiency in utilizing teletherapy tools and digital platforms for providing remote counseling. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We recognize the value that our therapists bring to the organization and offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
