Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders in clients, ensuring accurate and empathetic understanding of their circumstances. \n Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide your approach. \n Provide regular individual and group counseling sessions, effectively leading discussions that encourage clients to share their experiences and feelings. \n Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of client progress and feedback. \n Facilitate referrals to specialists when necessary and collaborate on an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care. \n Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with healthcare regulations. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your primary clients will include individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relational issues and trauma. As an LMFT, you will be instrumental in helping these clients develop healthier coping mechanisms and restore balance in their lives. Qualifications\n \n A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n Experience or specialized training in addiction counseling is preferred. \n Knowledge of evidence-based practices for mental health disorders, including substance abuse and co-occurring conditions. \n Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire clients toward meaningful change. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Previous experience working in an outpatient mental health setting. \n Familiarity with innovative therapeutic modalities and techniques that enhance client engagement and outcomes. \n Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
