Your expertise will help facilitate healing and growth, empowering clients to make informed decisions and engage in their self-care practices. The populations served may include those dealing with relational issues, grief, mental health disorders, and other life stressors. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field. \n Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is essential. \n Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to individuals and couples, showcasing a deep understanding of relational dynamics. \n Proficiency in completing client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans timely and accurately. \n Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to quickly adapt to using electronic health record systems. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in a remote therapy environment, demonstrating adeptness in utilizing virtual therapy tools and maintaining client engagement online. \n Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities and interventions specific to marriage and family therapy. \n Background in working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence in therapy practices. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
