Key Responsibilities\n As an LMFT, you will: \n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments with couples and families to understand their unique challenges. \n Facilitate therapy sessions with both individuals and families, fostering open communication and trust. \n Develop tailored treatment plans addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and adjustment to significant life changes like separation and divorce. \n Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients in achieving their mental health goals. \n Engage in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance collaborative treatment modalities and share insights. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our diverse clientele includes adults, children, and adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues. Therapists will work closely with families dealing with: \n \n Grief and loss responses \n Conflict resolution among family dynamics \n Adjustments related to blended family environments \n Separations, divorces, and transitions affecting family stability \n Communication barriers within the family unit \n \n Qualifications\n The ideal candidates will possess: \n \n A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n An active and valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n A strong dedication to patient care and clinical excellence. \n Preferred Experience\n While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience are highly encouraged to apply: \n \n Previous work in outpatient settings or community mental health. \n Experience utilizing telehealth platforms effectively. \n Training in specific therapeutic modalities relevant to family and couples therapy. \n Compensation and Benefits\n Wellspring Shift Wellness offers an attractive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, with opportunities for further financial advancement through uncapped earnings potential.
