Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions remotely, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients using telehealth practices. \n Create, implement, and regularly update comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals. \n Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining accurate and detailed records. \n Provide immediate crisis intervention strategies and support when necessary, ensuring clients receive prompt assistance during critical times. \n Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care doctors, and social workers, to facilitate a multidisciplinary approach to treatment. \n Stay informed of ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic practices and maintain licensure. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various challenges, such as relationship difficulties, mental health issues, and emotional distress. You will play a crucial role in guiding them toward healing and growth. Our clients come from various backgrounds and have varying needs, making empathy, cultural awareness, and effective communication essential skills in this role. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory. \n Must possess an active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n Proven experience in providing remote therapy services is preferred, ensuring you are familiar with virtual counseling nuances. \n Strong communication skills, coupled with the ability to build a trusting rapport with clients, are vital for successful therapy outcomes. \n Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a caseload and meet necessary deadlines. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), is advantageous. \n Familiarity with telehealth software systems, such as Zoom for Healthcare or Doxy.me, will be considered a plus. \n Previous experience in a team-based clinical setting is desirable, highlighting collaborative skills and interdisciplinary coordination. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
