About the Role As our Automotive Title Clerk, you will play a key administrative role in supporting dealership operations. You'll be responsible for processing vehicle title transfers for all dealership transactions, including some out-of-state titles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, detailed paperwork, and being an essential part of a collaborative office team. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who brings: Prior administrative or office experience (automotive title experience strongly preferred) At least 1 year of dealership title experience (preferred but not required - we will train the right candidate) Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through Comfort working with accounting software and dealership systems Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of paperwork Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds systems (a plus) Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset Flexibility and reliability in a professional office setting If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy contributing to a team's success, you'll fit right in.
