Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The role involves handling a diverse range of emergencies and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on severity of illness or injury.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
• Document patient information and clinical activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state or pending license verified before start date.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience, including pediatric care.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, with the ability to submit with pending certifications if applicable.
• Demonstrate strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, with flexibility for varying scheduled days.
• Must have at least 1 year of Level 1 or 2 ER experience.
