Therapy Team Leader

Role Overview The Therapy Team Leader supports the Director of Therapy Operations in managing daily team activities, ensuring effective supervision, communication, and collaboration across departments. Key Responsibilities Supervise therapist assistants and technicians, delegate tasks, assist with staffing, scheduling, orientation, and training to ensure adequate patient coverage. Maintain open communication with hospital departments to meet patient, staff, and hospital needs. Provide patient care within the licensed discipline for the majority of work hours. Foster an environment that aligns with the hospital’s mission, promoting staff accountability, performance improvement, and departmental assessment. Mentor staff to enhance clinical skills and overall performance. Qualifications & Skills Strong supervisory and communication skills, competency in licensed discipline evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and departmental efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
