About the Role

We're looking for a dependable Desktop Technician to join our IT team. In this role, you'll provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. You'll help ensure users have the tools and support they need to stay productive while delivering excellent customer service in a remote environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows, macOS, and approved business applications.
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Document support requests, solutions, and system updates.
• Assist with software deployments, system upgrades, and routine .

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in desktop support, technical support, or a related IT role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, remote support tools, and ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
• Annual Salary: $66,560-$83,200
