Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled CT Tech to join the Radiology department on a 13-week travel assignment. The role involves performing CT scans with a focus on delivering high-quality imaging in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and optimize GE CT imaging equipment to produce accurate diagnostic images.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Maintain detailed documentation of procedures in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to support diagnostic processes.
• Follow unit policies, dress code, and equipment guidelines consistently.
• Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT certification in CT and Texas Medical Board (TMB) approval.
• Possess BLS certification; additional certifications like PALS or ACLS preferred.
• Bring at least 1 year of CT technologist experience, with knowledge of GE equipment.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Be willing to work Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
