Description of the role This role requires a self-motivated and customer-oriented individual who has a passion for selling cars. As a Telemarketing Car Sales Associate at Subaru Evergreen Park, you will be responsible for interacting with customers over the phone, providing information about our vehicles, and ultimately promoting sales. Responsibilities Conduct sales calls to potential customers Promote and sell vehicles Provide excellent customer service Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions Requirements Previous experience in sales or customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus About the Company Subaru Evergreen Park is a part of the International Autos Group, a family-owned and operated group of dealerships with a strong legacy in the automotive industry. WE OFFER: Paid training Paid vacation Medical, dental, and vision 401K Closed Sundays Responsibilities Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources Present initial financing options based on customer needs Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management Utilize CRM tracking system daily Qualifications Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience Team player attitude Prompt and courteous Enthusiastic personality Must have strong computer skills Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen SPANISH AND/OR POLISH SPEAKER IS A PLUS! #J-18808-Ljbffr
