Carlsbad, CA, US Salary Range: $24.00 To $25.00 Annually Responsible for supporting Sales Management and the Specialty Field Sales team in the day to day business. Reporting to the Inhouse Customer Service & Facilities Manager, the Sales Coordinator develops and maintains best-in-class tools, reports, processes, and resources that enable the sales team to operate efficiently and provide a professional customer experience. The Sales Coordinator serves as a key liaison between Sales and cross-functional departments including Customer Service, Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, and global B2B teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Job responsibilities (including, but not limited to the following): Update and support the B2B platform for customer ordering. Partner with sales managers to create, organize, maintain, and communicate sales information, tools, reports, and resources. Create and distribute weekly ATS, Closeout, and ETA reports to support sales planning, customer communication, and inventory management. Respond to and resolve Sales Representative inquiries related to inventory availability, order status, pricing, product information, B2B functionality, and other sales-support needs. Work closely with the In-House Sales Manager to manage the MAP calendar, pricing, and relationship with MAP enforcement software. Update and manage spot checks on a consistent cycle and communicate findings and follow-up requirements as needed. Support the execution and administration of promotions and sales initiatives, including maintaining program information and communicating relevant details to the sales team. Consistently identify opportunities to improve the customer and sales representative experience by designing and implementing efficiency improvements and process enhancements. Review, update, create, and implement best-practice Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across sales processes. Work closely with Accounting and Customer Service to ensure timely processing of orders, shipments, credits, and manual credit requests, and assist in resolving order issues or delays. Maintain organized and accurate sales documentation, resources, and shared files. Support as backup to Sales Support Ambassadors as needed. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support the sales organization. Education & Experience Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Service, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with internal and external partners. Ability to engage in constructive conflict resolution and effectively communicate solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. Ability to learn and effectively utilize multiple business systems and platforms. Preferred Qualifications Proficient in NetSuite. Proficient in EDI and EDI-related order processes. Experience with B2B/e-commerce sales platforms, preferably Elastic. Experience creating and maintaining sales, inventory, and operational reports. Experience developing and maintaining SOPs and process documentation. Experience working with Sales Operations, Sales Support, or a Specialty Retail Sales organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
