We are looking for a detail-oriented

Data Entry Clerk

to support high-volume records processing in

Albany, New Yor

k. This is a Long-term Contract position requiring regular

on-site

attendance and a strong commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and consistent follow-through. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently or as part of a team, follows established procedures carefully, and brings at least 1 year of experience in data entry or related administrative support.

Responsibilities: • Enter and update numeric and text-based information into internal databases and tracking systems with a high level of accuracy. • Review records for completeness, identify discrepancies, and correct data issues to maintain reliable information quality. • Handle sensitive and confidential documents in accordance with established security and privacy standards. • Organize incoming materials, prioritize assigned workloads, and complete tasks within required timelines. • Use Microsoft Excel and other document management or imaging systems to process, track, and maintain records. • Follow written and verbal instructions closely while meeting productivity and quality expectations. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve record inconsistencies and support daily operational needs. • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, clerical support, or a similar administrative role. • Demonstrated ability to enter data accurately and efficiently, including numeric information. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and maintain data quality. • Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Capture Pro or Content Manager is a plus. • Ability to stay organized, follow directions carefully, and manage routine tasks independently. • Availability to work on-site in Albany, New York with no remote work option. • Complete an online Data Assessment
