We offer a wide array of human services designed to meet the needs of vulnerable children, families and adults, including residential and therapeutic foster care programs for children and youth, Kinship support, homeless and community-based services for adults and families, a special education elementary school for ages 5-13, and so much more. Position Overview (& Organizational Relationships): This is a temporary, seasonal position that provides office assistance to The Foundation staff from

November 2026 to December 22, 2026

for the ‘Hope for the Holidays’ campaign. This position reports directly to Executive Director of The Foundation of St. Catherine’s Center for Children. Duties & Responsibilities include: Assist Foundation staff with receiving, sorting, and inventorying donations. Assist staff with package pick-up and deliveries from donors. Assisting staff in maintaining gift inventory and clean up as needed. Maintain and clean the inventory area; dispose of trash when needed. Perform daily routine administrative tasks such as package delivery, package opening, and parcel pick-up if necessary. Provide general assistance to the team as needed. Other position-related duties as assigned by Executive Director of The Foundation.

Position Requirements : Ability to commit to a schedule of: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am –1:00pm, with flexibility as needed. High school diploma (or) GED Equivalent Ability to organize and effectively manage, in a timely fashion, the varied tasks of the position. Integrity, proven reliability and dependability A positive, warm and caring mindset Must be capable of the frequently performing the following physical activities:

Stand for long periods of time Stoop, bend, kneel or crouch, if needed Lift, carry and move packages, up to 50 pounds
