About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Minister/Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational, financial, and administrative oversight of the church, ensuring that all support systems are managed with excellence and in alignment with the mission of making, growing, and unleashing disciples. This role involves providing strategic leadership, creating efficient systems, and serving as a liaison between the Elder body and the church staff. Key responsibilities include partnering with the Elder body for strategic planning, collaborating with the HR Manager on personnel matters, guiding the annual budget process, and overseeing the maintenance and security of church property. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and at least 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role, with a focus on leadership development, team building, and effective delegation. They should demonstrate the highest level of confidentiality, be fully committed to the core values and mission of the church, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. The role requires the ability to set goals, cast vision, and steward resources wisely, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to personal and professional growth. Proficiency in office and church management software is essential, and active membership at the church or a commitment to membership within 6 months of hire is required.
