What Success Looks Like

Responsibilities

1. Respond quickly and professionally to inbound buyer and seller leads.
2. Schedule and conduct property showings for highly motivated buyers.
3. Guide clients seamlessly through every phase of the buying and selling process.
4. Negotiate contracts effectively and manage transactions with high attention to detail.
5. Build lasting client relationships to generate future repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

1. Active Mississippi Real Estate License (Required).
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Self-motivated, growth-minded, and highly coachable.
4. Organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and timelines efficiently.
5. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Compensation Perks

1. $48,000 to $196,000+ annually (Commission-based with uncapped earning potential).
