Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, addressing their unique treatment needs through assessments and individual sessions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive integrated care plans, ensuring clients have access to linked services as necessary.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, leading to informed treatment planning and ongoing evaluation of client progress.

• Carry a manageable caseload and ensure timely documentation and completion of clinical reports, including ongoing evaluations and discharge summaries.

• Troubleshoot crisis situations through appropriate interventions, providing crisis management and responding to urgent client needs as they arise.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
