:  We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and strong organizational abilities to ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks to support daily business functions. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Manage the reception area, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
